The main feature of Hotel Pema Tsal is that by staying you are supporting the work of the monastery, visiting a unique piece of Tibetan heritage and visiting a working Buddhist Monastery.
However we still offer all the features and facilities you would expect, including a restaurant, cafe, reception and laundry service.

A new addition our coffee house is a great place to relax and plan your next adventure. Serving a selection of coffees, teas and snacks.
A restaurant at the back of the hotel offers traditional Nepli and Tibetan dishes. You can often see monks catching up of a cup of tea in here. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
There nothing like waking up early in the morning to see the sun rising over te Himalayas and hearing the chants of Tibetan Buddhist Monks at prayer. Attend events at the monastery and learn more about Tibetan culture.
